Brodijnen Bakery

This menu-cover is located just round the corner from us, in the Ravenstein windmill, which is over 175 years old and where Erik Rodijnen opened a city bakery in 2025. The bakery has since expanded to include a lunchroom, and a menu-cover was needed to go with it. The colour of golden-yellow beaches also turned out to complement the golden-yellow grain in this bakery perfectly. And so it came to pass: From Dubai to dough.
