Shipping and returns

Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as we have received your payment. For customised (personalised) orders, we will contact you after receiving payment. For orders of up to 100 items, we generally have a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, depending on our stock. For larger orders or rush orders, we will work with you to determine what is feasible. Standard products (non-personalised) that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

Cancelling bespoke orders

Have you decided – for whatever reason – to cancel your (recently placed) order? If it is a bespoke order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may still be able to stop your order from going ahead at no extra cost.

  • Is your order already ready for production? In that case, we can no longer cancel your order free of charge. You will be charged a portion of the costs, depending on the stage your order is at.
  • Is your order already fully in production? In that case, we can no longer cancel it and will process it as a full order.

All our products are customised, with the exception of binding systems and slipcovers.

Cancelling your order

decover complies with the EU right of withdrawal. For non-customised products such as elastic, split pins or book screws, private customers (consumers) are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days following delivery. This right of withdrawal expressly does not apply to purchases made by business customers.

Shipping or collection

We usually ship your order with DPD, DHL or Post NL, including track & trace. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Are you in the area? Then you can also collect your order free of charge from our showroom on working days. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready.

Is there a problem with your order?
