Shipping and returns

Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.

  • For custom work (personalised order), we will contact you after receiving payment.
    • For orders up to 100 pieces, we generally have a delivery time of 4-6 weeks.
    • For larger orders or urgent orders, we will work with you to determine what is feasible.
  • Standard products ( not personalized) that are in stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

 

Cancel

Would you like to cancel your (just placed) order? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order without additional costs. Call us or send us an email (before 2:00 PM on weekdays).

  • Is your order ready for production? We can only cancel your order for an additional fee.
  • If your order is already in production, we can no longer cancel it.

 

Ship or pick up

We usually ship your order with DPD, DHL, or PostNL, including track & trace. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Are you local? Then you can also pick up your order free of charge from our showroom on weekdays. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready.

If you want to cancel a custom-made order or return it after receipt, our terms and conditions apply. Is there something wrong with your order? Please contact us. We're happy to find a solution.
